Lakefront Homes is a thoughtfully planned high-rise residential development located in Cyberjaya. Known for its lakeside setting and green-conscious design, the development offers a modern and secure living environment for urban families.
Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks:
PBM’s VB 70.100 ventilation blocks were installed extensively throughout the building, most notably at every floor’s fire escape (bomba) stairwell, providing
critical cross-ventilation and daylighting. Additionally, the same blocks were used for TNB rooms and refuse collection rooms, ensuring these essential service spaces benefit from airflow, privacy, and a consistent architectural language.
The repetitive installation of the blocks across all levels creates a clean, monolithic screen effect while subtly enhancing safety and functionality.
