Located within the master-planned Gamuda Gardens township, Gamuda Gardens Square is a vibrant commercial precinct developed by Gamuda Land and designed by GDP Architects. The project blends urban convenience with a curated design language that celebrates both nature and community interaction. Featuring modern architecture and sustainable design principles, the development offers a mix of retail lots and boutique offices aimed at fostering lifestyle-oriented businesses.
Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM’s VB 190.68 ventilation blocks were strategically selected and installed throughout the façade of the buildings, integrated as part of the architectural screen walls. These blocks form an expressive brise soleil that offers natural ventilation, daylight filtering, and textural rhythm across the built envelope. The double-sided open design of VB 190.68 allows air and light to pass through while maintaining privacy and contributing to the development’s sustainability targets. The block’s raw grey tone and bold geometry complement the project’s palette of brick, metal, and concrete finishes.
