D’Cosmos Residences is the third phase of EXSIM’s Central Park Damansara master plan in Damansara Perdana – a 31-storey serviced residence with 402 units, completed in 2024. PBM VB 402.125 is laid across podium and upper-level façades to form a modular vertical screen, supporting passive airflow and reducing solar heat gain on east-and-west exposures.
