A 39-storey high-rise breathing through vertical pocket gardens.
Ceylonz Suites is a 39‑storey mixed‑use development that blends adaptable SoHo living, retail, and vertical greenery. Designed by Tan’ck Architect, the building delivers a modern, nature-integrated aesthetic balancing solid and void elements with functional environmental design.
The VB 303.125 vent blocks are used extensively across the car‑park facade, forming a rhythmic grille pattern that balances airflow, daylight, and visual privacy. Their regular, square‑hole profile complements the building’s vertical pocket gardens and natural façade tones, reinforcing the project’s sustainable architecture approach.
