LOT 15 is a contemporary high-rise residence within Subang Jaya City Centre (SJCC), developed by Sime Darby Property. Its design focuses on lightness, airflow, and modern tropical living — combining clean lines with practical design features across core building elements.
The project earned the Best Completed High-Rise Development (Malaysia) title at the PropertyGuru Asia Property Awards 2022, celebrating its architectural quality and execution.

Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM vent blocks were incorporated throughout the building to improve airflow and add visual consistency.
VB 70.140 and VB 140.34 were used across multiple areas including:
•Car park level façade
•Air-conditioner compressor units (every unit)
•Bomba stairwell (fire escape)
•Rooftop utility structures
These elements contribute to passive ventilation, heat control, and architectural rhythm while maintaining a clean, functional aesthetic.
