Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM ventilation blocks were incorporated to enhance passive cooling, create rhythm, and introduce depth across key zones of the building.
•VB 150.200 was laid horizontally along the full perimeter of the carpark façade, creating a visually continuous ventilated wall that balances air flow with screening.
•VB 190.190 was used at the entrance structure, guardhouse, and pedestrian walkway shade, adding textural contrast while maintaining ventilation and privacy.
This strategic use of vent blocks allows the building to breathe naturally while reinforcing the overall modern aesthetic.
