Project Overview
A single block format for clean modular rhythm.
The Hub SS2 is a contemporary mixed-use development that blends stylish SOHO suites, boutique offices, and retail spaces in the heart of Petaling Jaya. Designed with a focus on flexibility, lifestyle, and natural light, the project integrates modern architecture with passive design principles.
Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM’s VB 140.34 was specified for selected screening and shading elements within the development. With its clean rectangular opening, this block provides:
•A modern, minimalist profile
•Effective airflow and daylight filtration
•Strong visual alignment with the project’s modular grid design
The VB 140.34 was applied in areas requiring subtle façade expression, service wall ventilation, or semi-private external shading, contributing to both the function and form of The Hub’s design language.
