Project Overview

Elevated kampung living with three VentBlock profiles.

Tijani Raja Dewa is a 205-unit residential township in Kota Bharu by GDP Architects and Symphony Life Berhad, set on a 7.4-acre site. The masterplan combines high-rise apartments with superlink and semi-detached homes, all elevated on a podium that draws from Kelantanese stilt-house typology to handle the region’s flood-prone terrain. PBM VentBlocks – VB 301.125, VB 303.125 and VB 304.125 – support passive airflow and screening across public restrooms, stairwells, corridor walls and utility zones.
Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM VentBlocks were specified to enhance both form and function in high-traffic and utility areas such as:
•Public restrooms
•Stairwells and corridor walls
•Utility spaces and shaded openings
