Waltz Residence is part of the Paradigm Garden City masterplan by WCT Land, offering a modern high-rise living experience in Taman OUG, Kuala Lumpur. With its bold vertical design and urban sensibility, the residence merges contemporary architecture with passive environmental design elements.
Use of PBM Ventilation Blocks
PBM vent blocks were used to create distinct ventilated panels on the carpark façade, enhancing both airflow and texture.
•VB 140.34 ( rectangular profile) and VB 190.140 (square block) were arranged vertically and mixed in sequence, forming patterned screen panels that blend utility with strong geometric rhythm.
This approach not only facilitates cross-ventilation and daylight control but also creates a unified architectural treatment across the carpark levels.
