Product Description —
The Precast RC Strip Paver (PPS series) is a reinforced concrete paving unit designed for linear vehicular surfaces. Each strip measures 900 x 125 x 60 mm and is internally reinforced with Y10 steel bars, allowing it to handle repeated wheel loading across car park bays, driveways, and access routes.
The elongated profile creates a directional paving pattern that suits modular parking grids, demarcation strips, and transitions between hardscape zones. Manufactured under controlled precast conditions, each unit maintains dimensional accuracy and consistent strength across batches, simplifying on-site laying and joint alignment.
Available in Grey (PPS01) and Black (PPS02), the strip paver supports straight-run, staggered, and contrast-banded layouts in commercial and industrial settings.

Installation Notes
- Prepare a compacted aggregate sub-base graded to fall
- Lay on a 30–50 mm bedding sand layer, screeded level
- Align strips to the specified pattern (linear, staggered, or banded)
- Maintain 2–3 mm joints between units
- Compact using a plate compactor fitted with a rubber mat
- Fill joints with kiln-dried jointing sand and sweep evenly
- Install edge restraints at the perimeter to prevent lateral shift
FAQ —
What is a Precast RC Strip Paver used for?
It is used as a vehicular paving unit for car parks, driveways, and industrial yards. The linear profile is well suited to parking grids and demarcation banding between paved or planted zones.
How is the strip paver different from a standard concrete paver?
The strip paver has a longer, narrower format (900 x 125 mm) and is internally reinforced with Y10 steel. Standard pavers are typically square or rectangular, smaller in footprint, and unreinforced.
Can it carry vehicular loads?
Yes. With internal steel reinforcement and a 60 mm thickness, the paver is suitable for passenger vehicles and light commercial traffic in car parks and access roads.
What colours are available?
Two finishes are produced: Grey (PPS01) and Black (PPS02). The two colours can be combined to create banded or contrast layouts.
Note: All concrete pavers require an adequate thickness of well-compacted basecourse to ensure optimal pavement performance and longevity. Tolerance of ± 3mm in product dimension is to be expected. Efflorescence may happen on any cementitious product. Website images for illustration purpose, final selection should be made from actual product samples.
